  1. Employees of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. and their families, RBML Dealers/ other Channel partners, employees of Advertising Agencies of RBML, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer, are not eligible to take part.
  2. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Offer commences on 13 th Mar 2025 at 0601 Hrs and closes on 15th April 2025 at 2359 Hrs (referred to as “Offer Period”). Any entries received after 2359 Hrs on 15 th April 2025 will not be considered.
  4. The scheme is applicable on purchase of Motor Spirit (Petrol) from the retail outlets mentioned in annexure of as per the terms and conditions below.
  5. Entry to this offer shall be treated as void wherever (including any State or Union Territory) such offers are prohibited under local laws.
  6. By entering this offer, you agree that the information and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by RBML for the administration of the draw. RBML may also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or communicate future promotions and other messages to the participants of this promotion.
  7. This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only with valid ID proof
  8. sssJio-bp is not responsible for technical errors, network issues, or SMS delivery failures.
  9. SMS charges apply as per the participant’s service provider.
  10. Customers can participate multiple times within the campaign period.
  11. In order to avail this offer,
    1. a customer purchasing petrol in a printed bill / e-receipt should a. provide their mobile number and other details in customer enrolment form through QR code present at mobility station to enter in the lucky draw contest
    2. b. Scheme participation form at the Jio-bp Retails Outlets (Petrol Pumps) and the same cannot be submitted by mail, courier or by any other medium. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
  12. Participation with incomplete or incorrect details shall not be considered for the Scheme or Lucky Draw.
  13. Eligible Customer shall preserve and retain the copy of the Invoice and other necessary documents or digital communication in order to claim the reward, if his name is declared as a winner of the lucky draw Scheme.
  14. This Scheme is applicable only for bonafide customers who refuel their vehicle fuel tanks from the RO (Customers) during the Scheme Period.
  15. The prizes for Lucky Draws during the campaign are as below:
  16. Loss/mutilation of the original Printed Bill would make it invalid for claiming the prize, if the customer wins a prize. No photocopies of Bill will be accepted. However, it’s recommended that the customer keeps the photocopy of original printed bill to help in verifying the original bill if it partially fades away. E-receipts shall be considered at par with printed bill and should be preserved in the mobile. No claim shall be entertained in case e-receipts have been deleted from the customer’s mobile.
  17. The prizes would be decided through a system based random process that would select the winning Mobile Numbers (through which the customers participated) from a dump of valid entries received.
  18. A customer will be eligible to participate in the campaign subject to following criteria
    1. a. One Mobile Number will be considered for maximum two transaction at one Jio-bp Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) for a day. (Subject to minimum time gap of 2 hours between two transaction)
    2. b. One Mobile number will be considered for maximum three transaction at different Jio-bp Retail Outlets (Petrol Pumps) for a day. (Subject to time gap of 2 hours between these 3 transaction)
  19. Draws shall be held for all the customers who have participated in the campaign for the defined scheme period for draws. The decision of the company on the prizes shall be final and no communication in this regard will be entertained.
  20. The weekly lucky draw winners will be notified through on their registered mobile numbers
  21. The selected Mobile Numbers would be contacted by our representatives / Officers for verification of original bill containing the details.
  22. In case the mobile number has been changed/terminated/ blocked/out of reach etc. RBML will, thereafter, not be held liable for not being able to communicate/handover prizes to the winners.
  23. No queries/clarifications/suggestions will be entertained on the modality of selection or the selection process which would be entirely at the discretion of RBML.
  24. The onus of payment of any statutory levies / taxes on the gift items shall rest solely on the prize winners.
  25. Winners have to provide the following documents for availing gift prize – A) Copy of Pan Card of the winner or other relevant KYC document (Aadhar Card) B) Any other statutory requirement as applicable
  26. All winners shall be liable to pay the applicable taxes and the winner shall become entitled to get the prize only after all the taxes are paid.
  27. Winners will have to incur expenses towards gift taxes & other applicable charges
  28. Winners can collect their prize within 7 days from the date of announcement.
  29. Travel arrangements, boarding and lodging, if any, for availing the Prizes under this offer shall not be the responsibility of RBML. Prize winners have to make their own arrangements to reach the venue.
  30. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer cannot be combined with other RBML Promotional or Discount Offer.
  31. Disclaimer-The Actual prize may vary from images displayed in scheme communication.
  32. Reliance BP Mobility Ltd., shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoying the prizes.
  33. The decision of Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. is final and binding and is non-contestable. Reliance BP Mobility Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence would be entertained on this account.
  34. RBML reserves the right to audit all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the promotion have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents. 
  35. Reliance BP Mobility Ltd., and its partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the scheme or enjoying the prizes. 
  36. Apart from the entitlement to the prizes, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no rights or claims against RBML or its partners.
  37. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and from future RBML promotions. The submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in the claimant being subject to civil or criminal liability
  38. Lucky draw gifts will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined/ provided by its gift service providers.
  39. RBML disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to Prize item provided under the offer. Customer shall avail of the warranty on the gift item from the gift partner, as may be applicable.
  40. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
